Bio

With over 15 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, I have built a proven track record of career growth, successfully transitioning from R&D to Product Management, and ultimately to Business Development. My extensive background has allowed me to lead and collaborate on cross-functional initiatives with diverse teams spanning design, hardware, software, materials, marketing, and sales.

I have spent more than a decade working with key government agencies, including the Air Force, Navy, DARPA, NASA, and NIH, to deliver innovative technical solutions. Additionally, I’ve worked closely with customers to identify their needs and develop strategies that drive growth, innovation, and business success.

Since 2020, I have successfully launched 10 commercial products from concept to market, leveraging my deep understanding of industry dynamics and competitive landscapes. My ability to analyze markets and identify product opportunities has enabled me to consistently deliver strong go-to-market strategies and product value propositions.

I have cultivated more than 20 strategic partnerships with both industry leaders and academic institutions to advance product development and qualification.

Skilled in delivering compelling technology presentations, I have showcased company innovations at conferences, stakeholder meetings, and to customers. I am also an active participant in advanced manufacturing committees and professional associations, with an extensive network that spans public, private, and federal government organizations.
